COVID-19 Mitigation Protocols
To help protect the health of our guests as well as our own family members and to support the state’s efforts to ensure public safety, we have instituted the following safety procedures.
On-site signage asking guests to maintain at least 6ft of physical distancing and to stay in their vehicle if they have a fever or cough or have recently had person-to-person contact with someone exhibiting these symptoms.
Minimize person-to-person contact by encouraging guests to purchase their tickets online.
For those guests not making their reservation online, Yosemite Trails utilizes a touch-less payment system.
Families and friends arriving together are asked to stay together as a group and maintain at least 6ft of physical spacing between themselves and the other groups on-site.
As groups arrive, Yosemite Trails checks-in one group at a time while the other groups practice social distancing.
Yosemite Trails cowboys wear face coverings while interacting with guests.
Guests can either bring their own face covering or one is supplied by Yosemite Trails.
Cowboys sanitize their hands before and after helping each rider onto their horse.
Saddles and reins are sanitized after each rider dismounts.
Riding helmets are sanitized after each use.
Additional sanitizing stations are available for guests.
Clean and disinfect regularly, particularly high-touch surfaces such as faucets, toilets, doorknobs, and light switches.
Communicate with local health officials and the US Forest Service on changing policies.
Please contact us if you have any questions.
Your hosts,
